Here's the skinny on what smart shoppers wanna know:

Q) What's the shipping & handling gonna look like when I get to the part where I put in my credit card?
A) We're in the cable business, not the shipping business. Here's the breakdown:

1 product  -- $4.85         2-3 products -- $6.45        4-5 products -- $8.70       6 or more -- $12.65

Q) How long does it take for an order to ship?
A) Orders ship same day or next. Orders placed on Sundays or holidays go out the following business day. If you have us make a custom cable, it might take an extra day or two to get through production.

Q) Will I get a receipt?
A) You'll immediately get a receipt/order confirmation via email for orders placed online. Orders placed otherwise will include a receipt with the delivery.

Q) What's the warranty on your cables?
A) If a cables shows a defect in materials or construction during a lifetime of normal use, we'll replace or repair it at no charge.

Q) Do you ship overseas?
A) If we don't have a distributor for your country, contact us with where you are and what you want, and we'll sort out a quote.

Q) Do you make other lengths, and offer plugs for Microphone use?
A) Yes. If you need a cable 5.326 inches, with XLR, RCA, Speak-on right angle or stereo pick-up connectors, contact us. We're happy to tell you what the cable would cost, and custom make exactly what you need.
